With two boys under the age of fifteen months in the Rosina household, it’s a minor miracle when Mom and Dad get even a few hours of sleep. Between the loving cries of Cameron in the middle of the night and the energy of Cooper at the crack of dawn, we can safely assume Meagan and Ed already had their hands full.
On December 18th, 2015, Ed was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma, a rare type of cancer affecting only 300 to 600 people in America each year. This shocking news lead to a whirlwind of meetings, doctor appointments, test procedures, surgeries and even more sleepless nights.
Life for Ed has changed dramatically since undergoing reconstruction surgery to repair the extreme damage the tumor has caused to his foot. Recently home from the hospital, Ed is now concentrating on the next phase of treatments, including aggressive chemotherapy coupled with rounds of radiation. Adjusting to his new lifestyle while being confined to a wheelchair for the next 3-4 months will be challenging as well as emotionally stressful.
Please rally with TEAM ROSINA and champion Ed as he digs deep to conquer his enemy. Together, with your support, this young family can focus their energy on Ed’s full recovery, instead of on worry from financial pressures.
Thank you on behalf of Team Rosina and the entire Rosina Family.
